* April 16 - Applications due (including teacher recommendation and transcripts)

* April 19 - Application results sent to students via e-mail

* April 25 & 26 - Mandatory orientation sessions to complete UH-Hilo form and Dual Credit form with parent. Attendance is only required at one of the two sessions.

* April 30 - Enrollment and consent forms due to PAAC

* June 1 - Course instructor will send out an orientation email

* June 7- First day of class

* July 23- Last day of class

Supporting Documents
* Digital copy of official school transcript showing a GPA of 2.5 or higher.
A counselor or registrar must be the one to send this form to PAAC. Students should ask their counselor or school registrar to send this in on their behalf by April 16. If a school does not allow digital copies of transcripts to be shared, a physical copy should be mailed to PAAC at 1601 East-West Road, 4th Floor, Honolulu, HI 96848. The transcript must arrive by April 16, not be postmarked by then.
* Teacher recommendation form. Students should ask a teacher to fill out this form by April 16
I want to apply! What now?
* Ask a teacher who knows you well to write your recommendation. Share this link with them and ask them to submit the form by Friday, April 16 at midnight. Your application will not be considered complete without a recommendation.
* Request your official school transcript. Your counselor or registrar should email your transcript to paac@paachawaii.org with the subject line: “SDG Course supporting documents for [insert your name here]”.
* You cannot save and come back to the application form, so only begin filling it out once you are ready to submit and have a parent present to complete the last portion of the form.
* Incomplete or late applications will not be considered or notified of results.
